C.A.R.A. SWIM TEAM
Paving the way for tomorrow’s champions.
Elementary school swimmers will swim 3:30
pm-5:00 pm. This is an ongoing program
throughout the year. This is a low-key swimming
program that provides your child with a fun
introduction to swim competition. Individual
self-esteem and teamwork are all part of this
successful program. All participants may swim in
three individual events and two relays in each
meet. Ribbons are awarded to all that
participate in a meet. Emphasis is placed on
learning and improving competitive swim strokes,
building endurance, and creating a fun
structured team atmosphere. Competitions are
held on various weekends and locations. Come and
join the fun. Prerequisites: pass a swim test;
be able to swim one length of the pool front &
back crawl, or pass the Level IV swim class. Age
for the team is 5-18 yrs.
C.A.R.A.: Additional $15 annual fee

AQUACISE
Enjoy the pool while moving to instructed low
impact water exercise. Exercises are designed to
develop muscle tone, flexibility, increase
energy and balance. The aerobic portion is
designed to improve cardiovascular conditioning.
Swim skills are not required. Water shoes are
recommended but not necessary. An accessible
lift is available. |

ADVANCED AQUA FITNESS
A higher intensity version of aquacise. This
class is ideal for those looking for a more
challenging workout. Minimum of 5 participants
to hold the class. |

AQUATIC TONING CLASS
(Formally Deep Water Aerobics). Make friends,
have fun! Increase energy and tone your body.
The water resistance will help with the toning.
This class is a low impact, quick moving water
class. Swim skills are not required. We use
noodles, water weights and floatation belts for
a very enjoyable work-out. |

Adult Swim Club – NEW!
Training for a triathlon, swim for recreation or
want to improve your fitness level? Improve your
skills and stamina while using intervals, drills
and distance swimming. Shake your body out of
its routine, while having fun with planned
poolside workouts. This program is recommended
for lap swimmers comfortable swimming 50 – 100
yards without stopping. Beginner, Intermediate
and Advance workout options available to choose
from during each swim workout. |

SilverSneakers Splash®
SilverSneakers Splash® offers LOTS of fun and
shallow water moves to improve agility,
flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.
Swimming ability is not required, and a special
SilverSneakers kickboard is used to develop
strength, balance and coordination. Beginning
October 1st. |
