Mulit-level Pilates Mat/Ball Class
This class is
designed to create a better "core" and flexibility
in your spine. While utilizing the ball, you will
learn basic Pilates moves but with a greater
emphasis on the lower abdominals and lower back.
You will love the way this class helps you feel
about your posture and you will know you've worked
your core! Good for all fitness levels.

Step
Interval This class
combines basic step moves and upper body weight
training. Class consists of about 5-10 minutes of
step, followed by weight training for your upper
body. Then further step moves are added on to what
we started with, and we continue with some more
weight training. Class ends with approximately 10
minutes of abdominal work. All fitness levels are
welcomed. |

Strength & Tone

A variety of props
are used to facilitate improvements in muscular
strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, bone
density and metabolism. All major muscle groups are
included. Proper form and technique are
emphasized. A challenging class suitable for all
fitness levels. You must arrive early and obtain an
entry card from the front desk as this class is
limited to 18 participants.

weights and weight bearing techniques. |
Battle Ready Class
NEW
Battle Ready is a high
intensity strength training class designed to push
your body to the limits. If you have been looking
for something to push you to the limits and
skyrocket your physical fitness this is the class
for you. This class is not for the faint of heart,
as you will be forced to test your body for an hour
and see what you are made of. Battle Ready will cover the entire body each
class and teach you a new way of training. Lets see
what you can handle. |
Circuit Training
A class that
emphasizes a series of lifts in conjunction with the
cardio machines providing a high energy, fast paced,
effective and above all else, fun class. All of this
in less than one hour of exercising. Looking for
women who are wanting to build muscle and cardio
endurance through circuit training. Prerequisite:
must have weight room/cardio room orientation
completed prior to first class. |
Turn
& Burn
A cardio and upper
body sculpting class all in one! Cycle to the beat
of music while simultaneously toning your arms and
shoulders using tubing. Be prepared to do sprints
and intervals of bicycling interspersed with muscle
fatiguing exercises that target all the muscles of
your upper torso. |
Spinning Class
Enjoy bike riding
for cardio fitness on a stationary bike. This class
will provide 45 minutes of intense cardio interval
training. Bike tension can be set to individual
preference of intensity. Be sure to pick up a spin
card from front desk. Space is limited. Good for all levels of fitness.

Gear
Sculpt
Not ready for a full
on Spinning class? Want to burn calories, break a
sweat and sculpt those trouble spots? Gear Sculpting
will provide 30 minutes of good cardio on the spin
bike broken down interval style into three 10 minute
sessions with 7 minute sessions of arms, abs., and
butt sculpting in between.
A breathe & stretch cool down concludes the class.
All fitness levels are welcomed as you determine
your own intensity level! Come join us for a very

TAI
CHI Exercise Class
This Tai Chi
exercise class combines simple, slow moving Chinese
yoga postures and kung fu movements, which
coordinate mind, body, and spirit. These therapeutic
exercises reduce stress, improve mood and contribute
to better health and well being. Tai Chi also
enhances good body posture, coordination, joint and
bone strength. It provides a gentle cardiovascular
workout with emphasis on breathing and coordinated
movement contributing to overall wellness |
Advanced Spinning

A step
beyond your basic spin class-will start with a
warm-up and then go in to 50 minutes of high
intensity cardiovascular challenging moves. Bring
plenty of water because there is not recovery time
in this class!

Yoga-lates
Yoga is a
5000 -year-old Eastern energy-based spiritual
practice developed in India. It is based on a
spiritual system of moves to unlock energy flows
while increasing flexibility and toning internal
organs. Pilates is a Western philosophy developed by
Joseph Pilates in the 1920s. He designed this
restorative and conditioning technique to help
people overcome injuries, postural misalignment and
improve general core weakness. A fusion of the
ancient discipline of yoga with the modern Pilates
techniques, the exercises mix both disciplines to
develop core strength, help tone muscles, increase
flexibility, and reduce stress. Good for all fitness levels. |
