LUNCH-LUNCH-LUNCH-LUNCH-LUNCH Weekly Lunches Day: Every Thursday Time: 12:00 pm (noon) Cost: $5.00 member/ $8.00 non-member/$2 SilverSneakers® member(with swipe of card)/$5 SilverSneakers® non-member & swipe of SilverSneakers® swipe. Come for a complete hot meal catered in from local restaurants. Reservation deadline for lunches must be made Wednesdays before noon. *Menus will be available the first of each month along with a monthly program review. BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS The 2nd Thursday of each month is BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION LUNCHEON. If it is your birthday during that month, you will receive a free lunch pass if name is drawn. Cake, complete with candles and ice cream will be provided. Let’s all celebrate and sing “Happy Birthday to You!”

MUSIC-MUSIC-MUSIC “Sizzlers” Band Practice Day: Tuesdays Time: 6:00-8:45 pm Come listen to the sounds of practice with this fun band or better yet come and join the band if you know how to play any type of instrument or come and dance. It’s a great big “jam” session with good old tunes down memory lane. Cookie Social with the Sizzlers Band Date: September 30th (Tuesday) Time: 6:00-8:30 pm Serving fresh homemade cookies! Enjoy an evening of sweet listening (or up dancing) to the music of our own special band. From Country to Swing Big Band sounds it all should be a real treat!!!!

 

SOUTHERN CARIBBEAN CRUISE Join the Tri-Town Seniors on an exciting 7-night Southern Caribbean Cruise with Royal Caribbean Cruises. The cruise departs from San Juan Puerto Rico on Sunday May 24, 2009 and has port stops Barbados, St. Lucia, Antigua, San Maarten, St. Croix, ending in San Juan Sunday May 31st. Passports required. Registrations can be picked up at the front desk. Deposit is due by mid October.
