opportunities to enhance the leisure and health

Senior Membership Rates
Frederick and Dacono residents $40/year
Firestone/Non-residents $60/year
*Membership includes listed senior activities,
van trips and Free Day on Fridays*
Full Use Membership
With a Senior Membership receive 30% discount
off of the listed Recreation Center fees. This
includes full use of the facility, any type of
pass, punch card or annual membership.

Diabetic Support
Group
This informative group schedules knowledgeable
speakers on pertinent diabetic issues the 3rd
Friday of the month at 10:30 am-11:30 am. Call
ahead for program schedule.

A Healthier Living Course
*FREE*
Weld County Area on Aging through the Health
Department will offer this fantastic class
filled with information on chronic health
conditions, diabetic issues, care giving,
medications, therapeutic self help and much
more. Space is limited to 14 participants, so
register quickly.

Blood Pressure
Have your blood pressure taken on a regular
basis by your local firefighters. Get your
“File-of-Life” magnet for your refrigerator with
medical information incase of an emergency.
Day: 4th Thursday of the month
Time: 11:30 am (before the lunch)

Shots
All Medicare/Medicaid recipients pay no-fee with
proof. All others the fee will be announced.
