WEIGHT ROOM AND CARDIO ROOM
Every teen,
14-17 yrs, that comes into the Recreation
Center to lift weights/workout will need a
wavier signed by a parent/guardian and the
weight instructor. Teens that are 14 & 15
years of age will need to be accompanied by
an adult when in the weight room or cardio
room for safety reasons. We do not want
anyone getting injured because of improper
use of the weights and not being serious
about the workout ahead of them. Each teen
will be issued a card and need to show it
when entering the Recreation Center to show
that they have completed the orientation and
if they need to be accompanied by an adult.
This card is separate from membership card.
